No title insurance commitment or endorsement is authorized for use unless which condition is met?

Thirty days have expired since the form was filed with the Commissioner of Insurance

Colorado law requires a 30-day waiting period after a title insurance form is filed with the Commissioner of Insurance before any title insurance commitment or endorsement can be used. This pause allows the regulator to review the form for compliance and protect consumers. So the form cannot be used immediately, nor is a longer wait or insurer approval sufficient on its own. The 30-day period is the required condition.

Sixty days have expired since the form was filed with the Commissioner

Immediately upon filing with the Commissioner of Insurance

The policy has been issued and approved by the insurer
